Cancellation & Return
Don Books is always helpful in Cancellation & Return Policy. Cancellation shall be informed us at the earliest through the Contact Form. Don’t forget to quote the order number.
You can also make cancellation by logging in to your account. Don Books Customer Care is always there to give you better solution.
CANCELLATION
Before shipping the order if you make the cancellation, the full amount will be refunded.
But if the cancellation is made after an order is shipped, kindly be patient, so that the packet is delivered. After it is delivered, you shall return it without opening it, within 7 days of receiving the shipment, in its original packing. We will refund the amount excluding shipping charges.
RETURN
If the book delivered to you is damaged/ defective or you get a wrong book, please inform us. Taking back the wrong book, we arrange for replacement, at the earliest. Replacement will be subject to availability of the book. If replacement can not be done, we will make the refund.
REFUND
Refund can be made in two modes.
- If the refund money is credited in your store credit of Don Books, your next purchase money will be debited from the credit. This is the default refund mode. Payments made through Money Order, Money Transfer, Demand Draft and Cheques will be refunded only through the same mode.
- In the 2nd mode, money will be refunded back to the Card or Net Banking account that was originally used to make the transaction. Customers who used our digital payment gateway can request refund through this mode.
Once you request cancellation or return books, the refund process will be completed within 3 days, depending on your refund preference.
