Shri. C K Joseph is known to me as a representative of the people since the days of the People’s Planning. He was the Standing Committee Chairman, Vazhoor Block Panchayat from 1995-2000. He was the Prsident, Kangazha Grama Panchayat from 2000-2005.
The book, ‘Holding Hands in Peril’ evaluates the steps taken by Kerala Government for Covid prevention with reference to the various orders issued by the government. This book also gives the state of affairs in other countries for comparison. The book also gives scientific information regarding the history of epidemics, history of vaccines, and the nature of the disease etc.
